    Yes, you need to take driving lessons to build up your skills. Once your driving instructor is sure you are nearly ready to take your practical test he will suggest you put in for your theory test.

    Yes u can,but u should be having valid provisional license.
    Taking driving lessons prior to ur theory will really help u to score in ur test.

    Yes, it’s better to take lessons before your theory test as you will get help and guidance about the test from your instructor

    Yes you certainly can and it will probably give you a better idea of which hazards to look out for when doing that part of the test. Good luck!

    Course. The only thing you can’t do is go for the practical until you have passed your theory. I’d suggest looking into all your theory before you start driving (to at least make sure you know the basics) and while you are learning keep practising the theory and take it when you feel ready (and before you will need to be taking the practical)
